1. Introduction and Corporate Information

This Legal Notice and Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ADAM website. The ADAM website is owned and operated by BASKR Health (Pvt) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Sri Lanka with company registration number PV00329126, having its registered office at 331/2A, Sarappa Mawatha, Welihena South, Kochchikade.

By accessing or using our website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must refrain from using our website.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.

System Integrity: You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, the server on which our website is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to our website. A breach of this provision may constitute a criminal offense, and we will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. We encourage you to share information about ADAM and our mission to improve healthcare access. You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. However, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists.
  • You must not frame our website on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our website other than the home page.
  • Due to strict regulations governing the promotion of medication, your linking context must refer to us strictly as an online health platform. You must not mention specific medications in conjunction with the link.

We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice if we determine that your link does not comply with these guidelines. If you are unsure whether your proposed link is acceptable, please contact us for prior approval.

Where our website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our website for your personal use. You must not use any part of the content on our website for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us or our licensors.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our website must always be acknowledged.
