Free Delivery on orders over LKR 10,000
Deliveries are carried out by our pharmacy delivery partner, Flash Health. We offer free island-wide delivery on all orders over LKR 10,000.
Where do you ship & delivery timelines?
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka:
- Within Colombo: 1–2 working days
- Outside Colombo: 2–4 working days
Payment Methods
- Within Colombo: Cash on Delivery (COD), Card payment, or Online Bank Transfer.
- Outside Colombo: Advanced online payment required via Card payment or Online Bank Transfer.
Returns Policy
We aim to make the returns process as easy as possible for our customers:
Non-Medicinal Products: Items such as shampoos or topical care must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in a condition fit for resale. Please contact help@theadamclinic.com to organize a return within 7 days.
Medicines / Prescription Products: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on pharmaceutical products as, by law, they must be used or destroyed once dispatched from the pharmacy.
